How To Make Cranberry Sauce with Orange Juice

Step 1

Pour 1 cup orange juice into a medium saucepan over high heat and add 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil on the stove top, stirring occasionally.

Add the cranberries to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer at medium-low for 10 minutes or until cranberries start to burst.

Add 1/2 teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Remove from the heat and let cool completely to room temperature. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
